Authors must commit before writing papers:

• The submitted paper should be the result of their own work and research efforts and those of their colleagues, and if they used the results and research achievements of others, in accordance with the usual rules and regulations, the exact details of the source used should be inserted exactly.
• Submitted papers or their translations and papers with obvious overlap with this paper have not been previously presented or published in any journal or conference and have not been submitted for evaluation to another journal or conference at the same time.
• All authors of the paper should be fully and accurately aware and satisfied with the order of placement of their name, details and job affiliation and all the scientific contents of the paper.
• If at any time the contrary is observed or any research fraud or violation is proven in connection with this paper, the consequences will be borne by the authors and the conference secretariat is allowed to deal with the author or authors in accordance with the rules and regulations. In this case, they will not have any claims.\
